Best choice, just give us a ring, we would like to hear from you. We ask for a deposit of £30, using your Debit Card. Payments by Credit Card are subject to an additional 2% charge which brings the total payment to £30.60.

Alternatively, please fill in your details on the form below. We will hold the booking for you provisionally for one week during which time we would be grateful if you could send us a deposit by cheque for £30.

Terms and Conditions

 

Tariff: The tariff includes accommodation plus your choice from our extensive breakfast menu which includes vegetarian options. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, debit cards, credit cards.


Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. We regret that in the event of you cancelling your holiday, you will lose your deposit. Please note that if you fail to take up the booking without cancelling, or give us less than 5 days notice of cancellation, you will be liable for the total amount of your cancelled stay. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker. If you do need to cancel please contact us immediately so that we have the best chance of being able to re-let your room. We also respectfully remind guests that as a reservation constitutes a contract, there can be no allowance or reduction for curtailment of bookings.


Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control and we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. However, if this was not possible, or was unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.


Arrival: Check-in times are between 12.00pm and 12.30pm and then anytime after 4.30pm. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival!


Departure: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation is payable on your departure.


Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. Please note that f you should block a toilet by putting unflushable items down it, £70 will automatically be charged to your account.

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.


Data: Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.


One night bookings If you would like to make a one night booking please telephone us on 015394 33007. We do not take one night bookings using the online booking form.


Bank Holidays Sorry, but we only take bookings at Bank Holidays for 3 nights or more. Thank you!

Single Occupancy of a room There is a supplement of £10.00 per night where there is single occupancy of a double room. However, I am afraid we only accept single occupancy of rooms in special circumstances. Please ring us on 015394 33007 for details and please do not book online.
