Fern Cottage
Fern Cottage offers Bed and Breakfast in Ambleside, right in the heart of The Lake District National Park and situated only a few metres from the shores of Lake Windermere and Ambleside Pier. It is the closest B&B to the Pier.
Fern Cottage can be seen in the main photograph above and in the two photographs below. It is in the middle of the row of eight terraced cottages. The Lake and the Langdale Pikes can be seen in the background. The head of the lake at Ambleside is known as 'Waterhead' and this is what can be seen in both images. The whole area is a walker's paradise and Fern Cottage is also in an prime location for enjoying the Cruises and messing about on the water.

Fern Cottage offers superior comfort and quality and all of the bedrooms are fitted out to a high standard and have en–suite facilities.
